1. Lead Delivery & Usage
All leads purchased from PrivateHealthLeads.com are:
100% Exclusive – Each lead is sold to only one agent.
Delivered in Real-Time – Leads are delivered instantly via email, CRM, and/or Google Sheets upload.
Geographically Targeted – Leads are generated based on your selected states or regions.
Intent-Based – Leads have shown interest in private health insurance through our digital ad campaigns.
You are solely responsible for how you use the leads once delivered and agree to use them in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Compliance & Responsibility
PrivateHealthLeads.com only generates leads through compliant marketing practices. All leads are:
TCPA-Compliant
DNC-Safe (agreed to be contacted even if on the National Do Not Call list at time of submission)
Opted-In through clear and conspicuous forms with documented consent and time stamps
While we take compliance seriously, it is your responsibility as the agent or agency to remain compliant in all communications with leads, including adhering to all federal, state, and local telemarketing laws.
3. Lead Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our leads. We will replace any lead that meets the following criteria:
Duplicate lead (same contact delivered twice within 60 days)
Clearly fake data (e.g. “asdf” as a name, gibberish numbers, etc.)
Disconnected or clearly fake phone number (555) 555-5555 as an example. Please note: We are unable to replace leads that say they are not the person that originally completed the intake form as these are unable to be verified by our team in a reliable manner.
Any lead that selects that they are on Medicaid or are 65+, and are delivered as a lead to you, will be guaranteed replaced.
To request a replacement, submit an email request within 3 business days of lead delivery. Approved replacements will be credited or reissued based on our discretion.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital lead generation and instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing leads from PrivateHealthLeads.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including contact rate or sales conversion.
We are not responsible for your closing performance or follow-up methods.
Lead performance will vary based on your speed-to-lead, sales approach, and follow-up cadence.
If you encounter an issue with a specific lead, please refer to our replacement policy above.
5. Availability & Volume Limits
We limit lead availability in certain markets to protect lead quality and ensure exclusivity. Lead flow may fluctuate based on campaign performance, budget allocation, and targeting demand.
If we are unable to fulfill your requested volume within a given time frame, you will be notified and given options to adjust your targeting or volume.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing processes used to generate leads are the sole property of PrivateHealthLeads.com and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or reused without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Results
While our leads are generated from high-performing campaigns targeting individuals actively seeking private health insurance, we make no guarantees regarding contact rate, appointment set rate, or policy conversion.
Your results will depend on your own sales skills, follow-up processes, and speed-to-lead execution.
8. Updates to Terms
PrivateHealthLeads.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
